Shrimp is our very first prototype weighted moth plushy! Hot dang! 😁🥰 I was on the fence about selling him since he is definitely not perfect (there are some extra visible knots of thread on the edges of his wings, he's made from minky instead of faux fur, and I totally didn't think about putting a tag in his seam while I was making him. Whoops! 😅 I might try to rectify that before Hatching...), but he is so derpy and sweet that there has been a ton of interest in him. Also, I lied before because HE IS PERFECT OH MY GOD I LOVE HIM SO MUCH! 🥰🥰🥰

This guy is a super chonk for his size! I wanted to give his wings the feel of a weighted blanket, so each of his larger wings has 1.5 pounds of glass weighting beads, and each of his smaller wings has one pound of glass weighting beads. Add in the 1.5 pounds of weight in his body, and he hits right around seven pounds. Considering that our Lil' Guys, which are a similar length (kinda? I guess I should probably measure Shrimp at some point), weigh in between three and 3.5 pounds, it's considerable! And I love it! Did I mention how wonderful Shrimp is? Anywho! He is made from two shades of orange minky fabric (I just chose two of the colors we had the most of, since I wasn't planning on selling him), has six quite long dangly legs, four amazingly heavy wings (we won't talk about what a pain those things were to get weight into 😬), two giant black plastic safety eyes (he's got the Void Baby look down! 😆🥰), and two of the derpiest antennae ever. His body is long and skinny, and he lacks the floof that moths usually possess, but he is sweet and wonderful and will make someone out there a wonderful buddy. 🥰
